Study On The Evaluation Of The Integrated Development Of Rual Primary,secondary And Tertiary Industries In Shandong Province

The Integration of the Primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is the key to solving the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It is also an important way to promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.As a large agricultural province,Shandong is rich in a variety of high-quality food crops and characteristic agricultural products,the total amount of which ranks among the top in China.By evaluating and studying the integrated Development level of the Primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural Shandong Province,we can objectively understand its development situation,find out the influencing factors of it in rural Shandong Province,and then put forward conclusions and suggestions.First of all,this paper studies the Integration of rural Primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Shandong Province,and combines relevant theoretical basis to make it not only guide practice but also better combine with practice.Combined with the practical basis of Shandong Province to develop the Integration of rural Primary,secondary and tertiary industries,forms an index system to evaluate the development level of it in Shandong Province,and then obtains the comprehensive score of the development level through entropy method.The results show the following: from the integral level of Shandong Province,on the whole,the overall score of the Integration Development level of rural Primary,secondary and tertiary industries from 2012 to 2021 has shown an upward trend.There is still a sure length from the high-level development stage.It’s about 0.25 points.Further optimization is needed to achieve higher quality development.From the level of the Provincial Capital Economic Circle,the overall score of the comprehensive development level of rural Primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the Provincial Capital Economic circle in2021 is 0.455101 maintained a moderate development level for five years(2012-2016)and changed to a higher level of development in 2017,with good development momentum and stable development.From the field of Jiaodong Economic Circle,the overall score of the comprehensive development level of it in rural areas of Jiaodong Economic Circle in 2021 is 0.48060484.Overall,it maintains a high level of development over a decade(from 2012 to 2021).From the overall situation of Shandong Province,the level is high.The overall score of the development level of Shandong Southern Economic Circle in 2021 from the areas of the comprehensive development level of Primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry in rural areas of Shandong Southern Economic Circle is 0.40879835.Overall,from 2012 to 2013 it was at a moderate level of development,but in 2014 it moved to a higher level of development,which lasted until2021.Secondly,this paper uses Theil index method to make an empirical analysis of the regional differences of the Integrated Development of the Primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Shandong Province: the differences of it in Shandong Province mainly come from between regions,followed by the internal development differences of Jiaodong Economic Circle.Furthermore,through the regression analysis of the factors related to the Integrated Development of the Primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Shandong Province,it is found that promoting the extension level of the agricultural industry chain,the progress level of agricultural versatility,the development level of new forms of business,economic welfare and social welfare in Shandong Province has an important role in developing the Integration of the rural Primary,secondary and tertiary industries.In the end,from the perspective of Shandong Province as a whole and the three Economic circles,analyzes the factors affecting the Integrated Development of the rural Primary,secondary and tertiary industries,proposes to promote the Integrated Development of the Primary,secondary and tertiary industries around improving the quality and efficiency,pay attention to the development of advantageous industries with local characteristics,vigorously develop rural tourism,improve the development mode,implement the brand strategy,etc.
