Globalization is changing the pace of human society development, multinational companies is the most active strength in the world. China is the biggest developing country with a tremendous market, which has become the global strategic core of multinational companies. Foreign employees in China are increasing accompanied by multinational companies' development. They have brought updating technology and management methods, meanwhile, problem of managing foreign employees is emerging because the sharp difference in culture, language, customs,, the mod of thinking, the background of the education and conception of the value. Therefore, it is necessary to do such a research on managing foreign employees in China based on culture difference.This paper studied the cultural differences between China and countries with different management, providing some advice of managing foreign employee for multinational companies in China through material study, comparative study and case study methods. First, it summarized culture differences and cross-culture management theory, then analysis of East and West cultural differences and cultural differences and the achievements in the background of cross-cultural management, compared different human resources management model among countries. Second, research staff management on cultural differences in China, analyzed some aspects of the problem of managing foreign employee in China completely, selection, cross-culture training, salary and return affairs included, and gave related suggestions: China expatriate staff in the selection of Chinese culture and Chinese enterprises should focus on the ways and means to understand and become familiar with the management of this standard. The biggest issue that Expatriate staff in China faced was the study and understanding of Chinese culture. Therefore, foreigners in China and the cross-cultural training and development for them is especially important. To make foreigners working in China with enthusiasm and high efficiency, expatriate staff in China tend to get the same level of wage of the region. Foreign multinational companies in China should cooperate and provide some special policies In China before and during his job after the return of the Career Planning At last it analyzed the case from Nokia in China of managing foreign employee and got conclusion. Finally, the paper viewed, and made further discussions with the prospect.This study defined the related concepts, analyzed the problem of managing foreign employee in China from the angle of culture difference. It complemented the theory research of foreign employee management and also had great practical effect to multinational companies in China. It studied the culture difference between Chinese culture and other countries and areas. It also analysis conflicts and problems in multinational companies. Specifically for foreign nationality employee in China provide from the training to peculiar salary payment, welfare system design , administration policy and suggestion. It has great practical guidance to the management of foreign multinational companies, it also has the meaning of study to understand the Chinese culture and cross-cultural staff to other countries...
