The Status And Development Strategy Of Transportation In YanBian State

The transportation industry is the basic part of the national economy. It's also the essencial support of development to the district-economy and the public services and facilities. The industry development help to get a great deal with the amount of the macro-economy. At the same time, the construct size,spread speed and level always lie on the development of the national economy. On the contrary, the national economy is also significantly effected by these factors.The main research object in this paper is the developmental status and the countermeasure of the transportation industry in the YanBian State. By this time, it has few research findings on the the transportation industry of the YanBian, the reasearch also rests on the qualitative analysis. The status has essencially affectted the scientificity and rationality of the YanBian trasportation development stratagem. Therefore, the key points are the amalgamation of the collectivity and keystone, the union of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The paper uses the abundance data to analyze the pertinency of the transportation development and the national economy and forecast the deveopment trend of the YanBian transportation industry.Firstly, the transportation industry,district-economy and pubilc services status has been summarized. Secondly, the effection of district-economy by YanBian transportation industry has been analyzed. The analysis mainly includes the district-development,industrial restructuring,development of resources and entrance economy. Then the problem of the YanBian State transportation have also been raised.The forecast of the YanBian transportation industry development is the emphases of the research. The forecasting model has been set up based on the pertinency research on the transportation amount and social development parameters. The data comes from the"Yanbian State statistical yearbook", 1996-2005 Yanbian transportation amount, development index of the Yanbian State distrct economy and social development. The methods including center Yuan linear return method,fitting method of binary regession curves,gray system,Parameters Smoothing Methods,time series methods have been used in the research. The quantitative analysis has been done including the Yanbian GNP,consumptive level,population development and transportation amount.In conclusion, the paper analyzes the problem of the transportation status, then raise the countermeasure of the Yanbian transportation industry based on the social economy development Outline of YanBian State"The Eleventh Five-Year Plan".
