Afterwards, by the method of SWOT analysis, the thesis analyzes advantages and disadvantages as well as opportunities and challenges of Chinese engineering consulting enterprise. At last, the countermeasure of enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese engineering consulting enterprise is brought forward from three perspectives: the enterprise, the industry association and the government. Focusing on the core competence, the countermeasure from the enterprise perspective covers five aspects: the choice of enterprise strategy, the construction of human resources, the optimization of knowledge management, the construction of enterprise culture and the intensification of project operation.
