Research On Structural Optimization Of The Tourism Destination In Ningbo City

The tourism destination is not only a complex of factors, but also a complex of districts. As a definite geographic region, every part of the tourism destination links organically, forms space systems and provides consumers with complete experience of tourism space. As a factor complex, the tourism destination provides facilities and services to tourists to meet their needs. The structure of the tourism destination in one district is the unity of space structure and product structure and the result of the coupling of them.Structural optimization of the tourism destination is systems engineering, the result of which is not only related to its situation, but also related to many fields such as politics, economics, culture and other industries. Because of our history, tradition, current management system and policy, management of tourism destination in our country is obviously special. Management organizations, such as governments and departments, make important affect and control directly and effectually on the construction and development of the tourism destination. All of these make the research on tourism destination structure specific.The research on structural optimization of the tourism destination is important and basic in regional tourism planning and is a traditional academic study in tourism. But similar as the majority in tourism areas, it is in the former stage and based on experience researches.This dissertation is about the tourism destination in Ningbo city. Through the analysis of Ningbo's regional information, goals of tourism destination's structural optimization are submitted. Based on the perspective that space and factors are coupling, the research on tourism destination's structural optimization is divided into two parts--space optimization and product optimization. The paper bases on Ningbo's current tourism destination's structure, finds out the problem and comprehensively submits the orientation of structural optimization. On this basis, the paper elaborates the connection of destination's space structure and product structure, and submits the overall concept of structural optimization of tourism destination in Ningbo city.
