Research On Spatial Structure Optimization Of The Tourism Destination In Jinhua City

Modern tourism has become a more general model: Often the tourism destination depends on certain city (or town) which becomes a assembly of tourism attractions and city, which owns the double functions: travelling function and traditional living functions.The tourism destination is not only a complex of factors, but also a complex of districts. As a definite geographic region, every part of the tourism destination links organically, forms space systems and provides consumers with complete experience of tourism space. As a factor complex the tourism destination provides facilities and services to tourists to meet their needs.The research on spatial structure optimization of the tourism destination is important and basic in regional tourism planning and is a traditional academic study in tourism. But similar as the majority in tourism areas, it is in the former stage and based on experience researches.This dissertation is about the tourism destination in Jinhua City. Through the analysis of Jinhua's regional information, goals of tourism destination spatial structure optimization are submitted. It analyzes the status of spatial structure of the tourist destination in Jinhua City, points out the main problems of its present situation, and general to put forward the strategic orientation to optimize the spatial structure. On this basis, the overall optimizing concept of the spatial structure at a tourist destination in Jinhua City has been proposed, and the key Jinhua tourist routes have correspondingly been designed.In this thesis, the author wants to discover the basic factors, the generic structure model and the best optimizing model from the spatial structure of regional tourism destination system. Then these theories will be used in formulating the regional tourism development strategies. And the writer also tries to do something to perfect the theory of spatial structure of tourism destination system. This paper consists of 6 parts:Part One: In this part, the research background and methods are introduced, and in order to extract distillates and avoid the blindness in research, the research results of spatial structure of tourism are reviewed. Besides, the analysis frame of the thesis is explained.Part Two: Detailed analysis of the background of Jinhua as a tourism destination, including location, traffic conditions, tourism resources, tourist market and tourism economic development.Part Three: The current situation and problems of spatial structure of Jinhua City as a tour destination are analyzed detailedly and pointed out..Part Four: The optimization objectives of the spatial structure of a tourism destination are proposed based on analyzing the status of tourism industry and the elements of the target selection.Part Five are the main body of this thesis. Firstly, the concepts of tourism destination system and the related theory are explained. Secondly, to Jinhua City for example, the writer lists key strategies to optimize the spatial structure of a tourism destination, including the transport system, service system, industrial system, and so on. Thirdly, the researcher from both spatial distribution and tourist routes design the program on optimizing the spatial structure of tourism destination in Jinhua City.Part Six is the conclusion of the thesis, expounding the significance of the research and pointing out the inadequacies of it for guiding the follow-up research.
