The construction of household biogas digesters in rural China has made incredible achievements which attract the eyes of the whole world. This has made great contributions to solving rural household energy problems, flourishing rural economy, improving rural ecology and enhancing sustainable development. The paper mainly discusses the influence of household biogas digesters construction on household energy consumption and the evaluation of its 3E benefits - benefit of energy, economy and environment. The data in this paper comes from the questionnaires which were conducted in Guichi City, Anhui Province and analyzed with SPSS software. The study will provide strong reference to the developmental planning of rural renewable energy and also to the decision-making of energy policy for the government. In this paper, cost-benefit analysis is used to assess the economic benefits of biogas digesters respectively from household and social aspects. The result of evaluation indicates that the construction of biogas digesters is feasible, and it has remarkable energy benefits. The economic benefits are evaluated from the following four aspects: biogas digester subsystem, crop production subsystem, livestock breeding subsystem and farmer subsystem. The results show that the four subsystems are of obvious economic benefits. In the meantime, the research also adopts analytic hierarchy process to determine the parameter "weighting", then combines with grey relativity principle to evaluate the benefit of household digester construction. The study indicates that biogas digester utilization has more and more remarkable effect on improving environmental quality as time goes by. In this paper, the value of grey relativity (r20-r10) equals 0.0779 and it means that the construction has made a yearly 7.79% contribution to changing the current environment into standard environment. The paper typically analyzes the energy flow in "pig-biogas-tea" ecological mode, too. The data proves such mode can effectively increase land productivity, energy utility efficiency, feedstuff utility efficiency and labour force utility efficiency and therefore has...
