Low carbon is the objective requirement of social production and life,The man-made emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide phenomenon are becoming more and more serious, leading to global warming, which has reached a consensus in the world.Rural energy for rural development in agricultural production, protect the lives of farmers and increase their income and improve their quality of life, promoting social and economic development throughout rural extremely important factor and source. The adjustment of energy structure of rural residents is an effective way to promote rural energy construction, improve rural ecological environment and increase farmers' income. The scientific and rational consumption of rural energy consumption directly affects the sustainable development of rural areas. In this context, this paper studies the influencing factors of farmers'choice of renewable energy.First of all, this thesis based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this paper expounds the research on the transfer of labor force and rural household energy consumption, and finds that the research on the impact of the transfer of the labor force on the energy consumption of farm households is less, which provides the possibility of the research;Secondly, using the "labor transfer and rural life energy questionnaire" survey data of Henan,Shaanxi Province rural area in June 2013,to analyze the labor transfer of rural household energy consumption.According to the respective farmers selected biogas and solar energy two kinds of renewable energy research, found the following points:(1)The influence factors of biogas study found the number of labor transfer, the level of education of the head of household, the number of pigs, the net income per capita, the total energy consumption and the government support have a significant positive impact on whether the farmers have chosen to use biogas. While household size, per capita labor transfer income and non-renewable energy consumption have a significant negative impact on whether farmers have chosen to use biogas. There are significant positive correlations between the number of piglets, the net income per capita, the price of coal, the availability of biomass, the total amount of energy consumption.,the government support and the consumption of household biogas. While the consumption of household size and non-renewable energy is negatively correlated with the consumption of household biogas, which is roughly the same as the influencing factors of farmers' choice of biogas.(2)The influence factors of solar study found family size, household education level, housing area, per capita net income, per capita labor transfer income, electricity prices and government support have a significant positive impact on whether farmers have chosen to use biogas. While the area of cultivated land has a significant negative impact on whether farmers have chosen to use biogas.Household size, housing area, cultivated land area, electricity price, total energy consumption and government support were significantly positively correlated with the consumption of household biogas. The per capita consumption of natural agriculture and the consumption of non-renewable energy have a significant negative correlation with the consumption of household biogas, which is different from the influencing factors of farmers'choice of biogas.(3)Biogas and solar in addition to objective factors such as household size, income and total energy consumption, energy consumption habits and government support are also important factors that significantly affect whether farmers select biogas and solar energy. Not good at changing the energy consumption habits, will seriously affect the farmers choose to use biogas and solar energy may also affect the use of biogas also solar energy.Anyway, the energy consumption of farmers in addition to the family size, per capita agricultural income, the head of the education level, the availability of resources such as the objective impact, but also by the consumer preferences, government support and other subjective factors. And the transfer of labor income can affect the farmers" energy consumption habits, the higher the income of the labor force, the higher the environmental protection of the use of energy,so the government should vigorously strengthen the policy and technical support, can effectively improve the application of renewable energy.
