The Research Of SCEC For Establishing And Improving Of Competitiveness

This article introduce competitiveness developing is the only way for enterprises survive and developing in the market firstly. Because of the competitiveness is now becoming harder and harder in the condition of economy globalization. For our enterprises, the big challenge is how to utilize the new resource and how to exploit new market at the competitive atmosphere, so that can success during this globalization. Then competitiveness of enterprises is reviewed theoretically in chapter 2. Michael Porter's theory of competition strategy was quoted in detail in this portion. The author demonstrated what the competitiveness is and the competitiveness is the capacity of learning and innovation after one enterprise's inosculating, developing and generating the follow factors: resource, capacity, knowledge, management and strategy. Then author analyze the competitiveness's feature and structure of which was classed in "primer layer"," transfer layer" and " carrier layer". The first is primer layer which is supply solid physical foundation and forceful spirit ensure, and it is mainly made up of enterprise culture, strategy belief, firm value view, human resource etc. The second layer is transfer layer whose function is to be as the platform and support of enterprise competitiveness. It is made up of the capacity of regulation innovation, management innovation, technical innovation, product innovation and service innovation. The third layer is carrier layer which is the integration of tangible and intangible resource and develop and generate it to be the external carrier which can be felt by customer. The enterprise competitiveness is the foundation of advantage, the competitiveness of product in market is the embodiment, and the core product is the carrier.
