Shanghai UniProud is a local-based small software manufacture and service provider of fax server software. As the Creator and the manager of the company, in this thesis, I analyse and research the marketing and development strategies of the company thoroughly, and put forward a lot of useful advices and strategies. Firstly,I give an overview of the current development of Shanghai Uniproud, then tell you what is the problems it meets now; in chapter two, with the SWOT method, I analyse the strength, weakness, optunities and the threatens of Shanghai UniProud, and give you a detailed introduction of this company; then, in chapter three, with the theories of the market segment and target marketing, I classify the company's A2Fax products into different product models to meet the requirement from the different market segment, and put forward the "fax supermarket" concept, and give a lot of good advices for the channel management of Shanghai UniProud; In Chapter four, with the theory of brand strategies, I give the material strategies for the brand awareness of the A2Fax, then, with the theory of the corporation Vision, I put forward the corporation vision and the product orientation of Shanghai UniProud; Finally, in chapter five, we give an introduction and overview about the actual execution in the company for some important points in this thesis, and have a brief discussion about the other problems the the company will meet currently or probably in the near future.
