My Study On The Employment Problems Of The Economic Symtem In Transition

Employment is not only a major economic issue, but also a major social and political issue. Solve the employment problem of maintaining social and political stability, promote social harmony and development is of great significance. At present, China's economy is undergoing a period of economic structural transformation, employment and unemployment has become the most prominent contradictions and problems in China's economic development, but also the unstable social contradictions. How to solve the problem of employment during economic transformation period , is a very worthwhile thought. The article is divided into four parts:The first section of the article is about economic structural transformation and employment. This part is divided into the basic concepts outlined. Therefore, this section defines the concept of unemployment and the economic transformation and also about the concept of interpretation. On this basis, this part proposed the challenges of economic structural transformation of our employment. The second section of the article reviews China's economic transformation period and analysis the employment situation. First, this part reviewed the unemployment problem of our economic transformation period , followed by analysis of the employment made tremendous achievements. On this basis, according to China's employment macro level and micro level, this part analyses the employment of the outstanding issues. The third section of the article is about the western theory and practice of employment and enlightenment to China. This part analyses the evolution of the western theory of employment, then introduces measures of how to solve the re-employment in the Western countries. In light of the actual conditions in China , poses west employment theory and practice of our inspiration. The fourth section of the article is about the measures of solving our economic transition employment. This paper presents a strategy of giving priority to employment and economic development,the solution of surplus rural labor employment at the top of the agenda,crating unified urban and rural labor market,expanding vocational training,improving the quality of the labor force,adjusting the economic structure,accelerating employment legislation and other measures.The article raises its own opinion about employment problem in economic transfermation period and the measure of how to solve the problem.
