A Study On Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Employment Promotion In Tianjin

In recent years,the rate of unemployment in china is rising rapidly,and the employment situation of many large cities throughout the country is quite grim. Solving the this problem is the most important task of the central government and governments at all levels.This article baseds on the background of Tianjin.The writer studys the employment situation in Tianjin, finds out its constraints, and puts forward some suggestions for employment.In view of this,the first two chapters of this paper are set up to overview the employment-related basic theory,make some analyses of unemployment state in china,including employment characteristics and it's contradictions.Also,some western unemployment theories'introduction are involved in this part.The next two chapters introduce some analyses of employment situation in Tianjin.Then the writer summarizes and analyzes the efforts Tianjin makes in recent years to promote employment and it's useful experiences.The constraints of enlarging employment Tianjin will face in near future are also discussed.The last chapter is mainly about some proposals for Tianjin's employment policy,including changes macroeconomic policy,improves the public employment services,improves the social security system,establishes an early warning system for the unemployed,and so on.The author thinks it should be a systematic project that demands all the society's concern and involvement to solve the problem though it falls on the function of the labor and social security section.This paper takes the employment promotes problem of Tianjin as background,puts forward some suggestions that other big cities can adopt.It will be some reference for them to tackle unemployment.
