With the related theories of psychology, sociology, economics, this paper systemically analyzes the travel tendency and behaviors of Wuhan citizens, studies the tourism marketing strategies by combining the requests of modern citizen to travel agency's service, the supply relations, product designing...etc, and puts forward a new marketing model—PSR model, so as to effectively regulates the products for the travel enterprises and to the utmost meet the tourist needs.This paper comprises 2 parts: the preface and the text.The preface: Over viewing towards the tourist behaviors of both at home and abroad, the part concludes the main characteristics of the tourist researches presented by other experts. Based on the weak points of their researches, it clarifies the purpose and the meaning of the text.The text consists of 3 parts.The first part: The general characteristics of Wuhan citizens' travel. By the means of practical research, this part selects 4 busy districts: Wuchang, Hongshan, Jiangxia, and Qiaokou to carry on questionnaires to the Wuhan citizen's travel behavior. Based on the datas, it summarizes the characteristics of Wuhan citizens travel behaviors and the information of travel agencies related, in order to make the analysis in the next part more scientific.The second part: the characteristics of Wuhan citizens' psychology and behaviors. Based on psychology, geography, market marketing, this part systemically analyzes the travel behaviors of Wuhan citizens. With the datas related, it investigates the factors impacting their psychology, behaviors, and the destinations.The third part: Study on marketing's strategy. Learning from other marketing scholars' findings, this part puts forward the related marketing strategies by combining the requests of modern Wuhan citizens to travel service, supply relations, product designing and considering the changing market, then constructs the PSR model on the relations between the tourist behaviors and the tourism marketing strategies.
