Benefited from the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing income, as well as the continuously rising number of the private cars, self-driving tour which is fully regarded as the symbol of freedom, fashion and showing personality appeared as a new-emerging form of tourism. It wins people's increasing concern for catering to the change of the contemporary tourists' consumption concept. Compared with the development history of self-driving tour abroad, it started fairly late in our country. Although the domestic potential of self-driving market is enormous, the study is relatively falling behind the development of it. At present, the study mainly focuses on the market situation, the causes, the influences and the development measures, etc. Yet, there are not so many behavioral researches, which is very unfavorable for guiding practice and developing the market.Taking Xi'an as a study geographic area, its citizen as the subjects, and the author's practice as the basis, he studies the behavioral characteristics of self-driving tour in Xi'an from different angles according to the relevant documents and the theoretical research. The data from the field research, together with the relevant statistics establish the dynamic model of the citizen trend to drive out. In order to use the SPSS software to analyze the collected information, the author uses the approaches such as descriptive analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, stepwise regression, factor analysis, principal component analysis, variance analysis, canonical correlation analysis to analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of action. The paper is expected to be the scientific reference for stimulating the development market of Xi'an self-driving tour, advancing the tour quality, enriching the tour types of product and promoting the self-driving tour in Xi'an.The paper includes six chapters. The first introduces the background, study significance, study approach and study content. The second tells the basic definition of the self-driving tour and the development of the relevant study both at home and abroad. The third analyzes the features of the self-driving tour in Xi'an based on the questionnaire survey. The fourth identifies the influencing factors towards self-driving tour according to some relevant theoretical basis. The fifth establishes the dynamic model of the citizen trend to drive out and further explains and tests the model by data from the questionnaire survey. The last is the conclusion chapter.
