China is the biggest textile producing and exporting country in the world. With the development of the industry, the global textile industry came into a new age.In the new age, the Chinese export enterprises of textile face the new materials, the new rivals and the new opportunities of development. How to combine the new materials, analyze the new rivals and catch the new opportunities of development is the most important issue related to the survival of the enterprises. This thesis takes the XINYUAN TEXTILES IMP. & EXP.CO.LTD, which the author worked for, for an example, analyzes the position of the Chinese textile exporter in the industry and the modes of the international development.This thesis firstly analyzes the structure of world trade of textile and clothing, and points out that the structure of world trade of textile is mainly composed of three parts: America, Europe and Asia and the trend of market localization develops continuously. In the product structure, the developed countries predominate high-level products, and transfer the production through outsourcing.Base on the analysis of the status quo of the XINYUAN TEXTILES IMP. & EXP.CO.LTD, this thesis uses the theory of industrial value chain to study the necessity of the internationalization development and the position in the industry.To insure the achievement of object of internationalization development, this thesis provides two ways of internationalization development: the Global Marketing and the FDI.
