Recent years, the foreign trade in China has been on the high speed increase which is fixed eyes on. However, it can't be evasive that a good many trade problems caused by the export commodity structure are increasingly becoming the obstruction of Chinese economy increase and the benign development of foreign trade.Therefore we should research on the structure adjustment countermeasure of export commodity under the present industry structure and employment situation in China, which has quite actively realizable signification to improve our foreign trade environment and to promote the continuable increase in external trade.The thesis is based on the comparale predominance theory and competition predominance theory. Then combined with the situation of our country,it particularly analyzes the status quo of our export trade, its infection factor, and the infection factor of export commodity structure adjustment in the aspects of employment, resource and technology . Moreover, it brings forward the huge emloyment pressure in China and shows that it is difficult for the areas to form effective industry grads for native protection, which is the difficulty of our export commodity structure adjustment.In the aspect of the aim and countermeasure of our country's export commodity structure adjustment, this paper puts forward the multilevel injustment aim system according to the whole international trade state China faces.
