Analyze The Correlated Factors That Establish Sino

Along with the improvement of every national open-economy, the rapid development of economic integration , many countries choose to establish bilateral FTA which have more short time and take more rapid effect than multilateral FTA , which utilize the superiority of economic integration, elude the venture of economic integration, improve each competition advantage . China joined WTO and is striding forward FTA . China is negotiating with ASEAN countries , it is signing bilateral FTA with some countries quickly, so our country is stepping in new phase of regional economic cooperation . Under the background, this paper is studying the factors and the mode of establishing Sino-Russian FTA.The major problem of this paper is how to establish Sino-Russian free trade area, what are positive factors and baffling factors? How to arrange by dint of international successful experience? What is the mode? .In order to answer those questions, the paper has put forward the advice of establishing Sino-Russian FTA, which based on the realistic analysis, the theory and empirical study . The paper includes six parts:Part 1 is introduction, it introduces Researchful background and significance, primary contents and ideas, researchful means and summarizing the literatures of the world; Part 2 The status quo of Sino-Russian trade, it introduces the course of Sino-Russian trade development, that is Sino-Russian trade keep ascending trend recently after ups and downs in many years; Sino-Russian concurrent fellowship intensified from bilateral trade, bilateral investment ,the technology fetched in from Russian and so on, it indicates the relations of Sino-Russian trade putting in fast lane. But that datum do not fit the development of two countries ' concurrent fellowship, they also do not match two big countries. So, the paper analyzed the causes of the circs: First, two countries do not put the Sino-Russian trade onto the strategic height which should be arrived in foreign trade; Second, the existing structure of supply in China and Russian affects the complementarity in Sino-Russian trade; Third, the system of the Sino-Russian trade do not attain international criterion of trade; Last, some bias and misunderstanding in Sino-Russian trade impacted the healthy development of Sino-Russian trade; Part 3 ,analyzing the correlative factors of Sino-Russian establishing free trade area. The paper introduces the favorable factors of Sino-Russian establishing free trade area from the politics of the adjacent countries, supplying the resources to each other, the cooperation of the technology ,the exploiture of the industries.
