The Research On New Trade Barrier Effect International Division Of Labor And Trade Interest Distribution

As the speed of global economy is going faster and faster, effects of WTO are strengthened. The amount of customs duty is decreased year by year. With quantity of import and export quota, system of license and foreign exchange control are restrained, technical barrier is deeper and deeper in the central including technical barrier, environmental barrier, social barrier and moral barrier. They appear unbalance, concealment, protracted and complexity which are important measures in. countries to protect and promote their industries.This article stresses on stating new trade barriers which affects trade pattern from distribution of trade interest.New trade barriers influence the position of international division of labor which will become more and more distinct in some aspects.Developed countries and developing countries are at the top and at the edge of valuable chain respectively.Meanwhile,to get more or less interest depending on international position.This article analyzes the problems about economic effectiveness in developing countries and have a way to find out the reasons and countermeasures.The importances of the research are in four aspects: (1) the situation of developing and productive theory in new trade barrier. The background of coming into being, reasons of existing characters of appearing and the tendency of developing. By comparing with different trade barriers, we find differences and make sure the same points. All of these are based on developing the topic. (2) we focus on researching the effects of international division of labor. We point out the mistakes may appear financial problems if we use traditional theory of international division of labor to determine the patterns of labor division. Among developing countries, the speed will faster with advantages of comparing trap. The center of production and creation will appear cause of new trade barrier. (3)New trade barrier effects on the pattern of trade interest distribution.To analyze problems from dynamic state and static state ,from import and export countries,from manufactors and consumers,and from trade conditions.It is considered there are positive and negative effects in new trade barrier.
