Study On Evaluation Of The Degree Of Internationalization Of China's Steel Firms

After world war II, especially from 1980s, the international tideway of global economy is up-swimming unprecedentedly, internationalization have become main strategy for accelerating economy-rising of each country, and many developing countries are also accelerating the steps of internationalization automatically. Nowadays, economy globalization has been the mainstream of the world, and it is the most important external surroundings in China undoubtedly. With the penetration of innovation and the acceleration of open-up in China, Chinese firms are facing ardent international competition step by step. After developing ten years more, Chinese steel firms have possessed competitive edge comparatively, and they are implementing international strategy actively. How to develop international strategy for the steel firms in China? This is a problem which has practical meaning greatly.The object of this paper is ecumenic internationalization questions, focusing on the internationalization of single firm management, and setting civil economy of a country in secondary position. The studying types of this paper are belonging to the study of behavior & process, and involving internationalizing motivation rarely. Differentiating on the objects of various hiberarchies, studying on internationalizing degree of various steel firms, especially focusing on discussing the catching-up developing modes of medium & low steel firms. Mainly study on degree-evaluation of firm internationalizing and developing strategies. In fact, there are many middle schemes to be chosen between free trade and closing economy, not always "not this but that". Especially on a country which is at the lag, the strategies of internationalization are more important for the catching-up of technology, this paper will study "firm internationalization" as a strategic countermeasure. This dissertation mainly used the combination of substantive and canonical analysis, integrative and inductive analysis, competitive and systemic analysis, qualitative and quantitative study. Except that, the paper has designs and innovations for several problems and models of firm internationalizing theory, including the following: ① Roundly discussing and analyzing on the concept of "firm internationalization", and bringing forward general concept of "firm internationalization", and on the base of these, bringing forward the strategic types of firm internationalization. ②Roundly analyzing on the evaluating model of firm internationalization, and bringing forward advantages and disadvantages of every model. ③Correctly analyzing and demonstrating on cobwebby-model of internationalization, and essentially explaining and making-up for it. ④Evaluating on the three typical steel firms by cobwebby-model, then educing the conclusion of high, medium and low...
