At present, the shortage of agricultural product is over, the supply of agricultural product has come to the time of"buyer-market". The key point of development of the rural economy has turned to the currency field from the producing field. The storing, transporting, saling, processing and other currency approach have become crucial points of enhancing the whole value of agriculture producing. The agricultural product logistics distribution is a vital point of the whole agricultural product supply line. But in China, the channel is chaotic, the waste of distribution process is big, the distribution time is long and the cost is high in the agricultural product logistics distribution. For the new agricultural product logistics distribution companies, it is very necessary to improve the operation efficiency by enhancing management level, using the advanced technology, so, they can reduce the waste and elevate the service level of distribution process. In the cost of agricultural product logistics distribution, the fee of distribution vehicle is a very important part. How to use the information and intelligence technology to substitute the manual method to get the quick and sound scheduling of vehicle, optimum routing, to reduce the distance of distribution, is the key point of reducing the cost and enhancing the benefit.Based on the analysis of the status and characteristic of domestic agricultural product logistics distribution, the paper summarizes the related research results in the domestic and foreign research and profits from many mature experiences. Then, taking the focus on the intelligent and based on the geographic information system (GIS) computer system of optimum routing of agricultural product logistics distribution. For the vehicle routing optimization (VRP), the paper builds a model...
