Since always, in China tobacco monopoly industries, according to the national belonging to the instructions to perform production, sale, still stay in economic planning stage. But as tariffs and quotas has abolished, since China joined the WTO, China tobacco facing unprecedented pressure: First, in view of the special nature of tobacco products, facing the more severe challenges of smoking and health problems. At present, China's government has launched the work to fulfill"the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control". The external environment of the future development of tobacco will have more strict restrictions, more bounds. Second, because of China's socialist marketing economy system continues to improve and expand the opening up (especially after joining WTO), the domestic tobacco enterprises will face severe challenges. In this case, China tobacco enterprises must enhance competitiveness to a firm footing in the international market.In enhancing the international competitiveness of China's tobacco in the process, logistics plays an important role and have been the enterprise's third profit source. How to integrate various resources to enhance the efficiency of the logistics operations and reduce logistics cost, has become one of the most key topics in the business objectives currently. While logistics distribution is an emphasis on the third profits source of the tobacco industry, also is one of the key to the construction of modern logistics. Therefore, improving the efficiency of logistics-distribution is the key of construction of modern logistics in a period in the current and future. Distribution lines for realizing the reasonable establishing trade, logistics, information, capital of the organic unity, to create high quality, high efficiency, low cost of modern logistics distribution system has a very important role. This article through the research of the vehicle routing problem in cigarette, finding point of penetration to enhance the efficiency for logistics-distribution of cigarette in order to achieve high-quality, high efficiency and low cost operation.This article through to cigarette's logistics efficiency of Guiyang and expounds Guiyang cigarette logistics-distribution center how to apply study results in practical operation to reduce logistics cost. Full papers including the introduction, five chapters contain main contents and closing part, altogether seven chapters. In the preface, mainly introduce the tobacco industry characteristics and the status of domestic and foreign vehicle routing problem. The second chapter is the basic relations of vehicle routing problem and logistics-distribution efficiency. In this part of this center analyzes with the efficiency of transport efficiency and logistics-distribution relationships, between vehicle routing problem and transport efficiency. Through the analysis of the relationship between these two groups revealed the line efficiency optimization of logistics the key role. And, with some theory among introduced: transportation functions and principles, logistics and distribution of the related theory.III, IV and V is the core chapters, described the tobacco logistics-distribution center in Guiyang in the reality of low efficiency try to break through administrative restrictions, re-line integration of ideas and methods. The third chapter expounds a regional distribution pattern of Guiyang and the efficiency of logistics-distribution analysis. The fourth chapter is the implementation of cigarette's vehicle routing problem of cross-regional exploration in Guiyang logistics-distribution center, mainly through exploring inter-regional routes to identify optimal line combination to Guiyang cigarettes logistics-distribution. The fifth chapter is in trans-regional distribution mode through the save mileage method to solve the shortest delivery path.In this section, first proposed method of computing mileage savings principle and ideology, and then build the mathematical model of the end of the distribution, and finally is intellectualized system in the steps of optimizing which is combined with distribution map mileage principle and practical ways and intelligent lines under traffic restrictions.Chapter VI is a cross-regional distribution of Guiyang cigarette evaluation line optimization. In this chapter, take empirical analysis and evaluation of economic results on the above scheme and indicate that after vehicle routing optimization of inter-regional efficiency of distribution center has improved significantly. Chapter VII is a conclusion, first summarized general idea carried out on the full text, and made a number of development proposals to Guiyang cigarettes logistics-distribution , finally analyses the future of Guiyang city cigarette logistics distribution center in line optimization aspects the direction of further research in a follow-up study , and introduce a systematic follow-up study.Previous articles'consideration angle is transportation engineering, focusing on the optimal route with the help of the calculation model and computer software to identify the best lines, rarely decrypting vehicle routing problem on the status and function of logistics and transportation activities. This article is from management point, take lines optimization as a kind of methods to ascend logistics distribution efficiency, although also put forward some lines in solving the model and the method, but the highlight is lines optimization can play an important role in distribution activities . This is the biggest innovation point in my paper.In this paper the author hopes that by writing to deepen the understanding of the subject and thinking, better master cigarette lines optimization method, but also want to provide construction reference for Guiyang cigarette logistics-distribution center. Since the author's limited ability, also lack of relevant practical experience, thesis writing work must have many shortcomings, in this, ask this discipline domain experts, professors, inside and outside scholars can comment, inspiration to correct, the author is much appreciated.
