With the rapid development of economy, the "agriculture, countryside and farmer" issuesis still viewed as a key national construction, It is the direction of development in modern agriculture to improve the rural economic competitiveness and to increase the adjustment of industrial structure in rural areas, Therefore, research on the development of agricultural logistics has quite indelible effects on realizing the agricultural development, increasing farmers income and achieving the rural prosperity.In the process to solve the "agriculture, countryside and farmer" issues", the most important problem in the logistics of agricultural products is distribution. But till now, there are still many problems in the agricultural product logistics distribution in our country, such as the disorganized distribution channels, high basic cost in distribution, serious loss of delivery,a long time in delivery and the old-fashioned delivery mode and operation,which makes the pace of agricultural products logistics industry development in China slow and the logistics can’t meet the needs of the market. Therefore, we need to use modern science and technology and the method to improve the efficiency of agricultural products logistics distribution. In this paper,Hybrid Genetic Algorithm and Memetic Algorithm based on tabu search algorithm mechanisms are used to optimize the memetic the problem in logistics distribution of agricultural products, in that way, The agricultural logistics problems will change to be VRPTM problem.Firstly, we analyze the agricultural product logistics distribution, VRPTM and Memetic algorithm in the research and application status of domestic and abroad;Secondly the paper has a detailed introduction on the knowledge needed in it, including the vehicle routing problem, time windows, genetic algorithm, tabu search algorithm and the Memetic algorithm, and the construction of the optimal total cost to the minimum required for distribution optimization model of agricultural product logistics vehicle route according to the characteristics of the agricultural products logistics and distribution;Finally, also as the focus of this paper, according to the optimization of the memetic algorithm is designed to establish mathematical model, including encoding, genetic operator and local search and so on, in order to verify the correctness of the algorithm designed in this paper, simulation experiments are carried out to Wantong agricultural product logistics distribution center in Changchun city as a case study, and the combination of programming the software of MATLAB, with the same parameters to calculate the optimal distribution scheme of genetic algorithm and memetic algorithm and the minimum distribution cost, and the results were analyzed and showed that the optimized culture of genetic algorithm in the agricultural products logistics and distribution aspects compared with the genetic algorithm has better search ability.
