Chigo Group's Enterprise's Informationization Strategy

In the environment of information globalization, central government and local state, enterprises and persons have fully recognized that informationization leading industrialization is the long strategic policy of national development. For enterprises, the method of applying various kinds of advanced management thoughts and means, including ERP, to drive the informationization and management modernization is an significant issue. In present, the development trend is that ERP system gradually becomes an important tool of enterprise' resource supply and business operation. With the increase of failure cases in ERP project, the supply of ERP system software and service providers have brought out lots of solutions in terms of natural response. However, these methods are very difficult to implement or mostly fail in ERPprojects.With case studies, this paper provides full-scale summary and system evaluation of informationization management of Zhigao Air-Conduction in terms of strategy management. Three logic parts consists of this paper. The first is to bring out informationization background and the meaning of implementing informationization management, and define the theory of enterprise informationization strategy. The second is to describe the effect and function of informationization management in detail with application process of informationization tool, ERP, and relevant literature review. The last is to build up strategy goals, implement measures and control principles and performance evaluation of informationization of Zhigao Air-Conduction from common analysis to particular case study.
