The performance appraisement is an important basic work in the development and management of human resource. And it is the centre of the performance management of human resource as well. The aim of performance appraisement make estimating the staff"s work objective, justly and right. It made the staff match their job in order to realize the goal of the enterprise successfully.This article believes that validity of enterprise performance appraisement is very relational to whether a enterprise can survival and obtain development, under performance appraisement of enterprise face to new challenge. moreover, the element that impacts validity of performance appraisement have many, such as system and appraiser element,and so on.the paper try to find the relation between appraiser character and validity of appraisement subject to SH group company.This paper apply experiment method to find 10 appraiser' individual character index. At the same time, we also ascertain validity of appraisement outcome. And then we use statistical methods to test the relation them, and find that 4 out of 10 characters are negative relate to validity of appraisement outcome, 6 out of 10 are positive. Finally, this paper put forward some advice about how to select appraiser and how to train them to ensure validity of appraisement.
