This paper focuses on how to make use of multi-levels fuzzy comprehension evaluation to implement the performance evaluation of mid-level managers. And use computer lanuagage to realize it. And obtain the indexes of the performance evaluation of mid-level managers, deep understand the particularity of mid-level managers. At last find out a proper way to evaluate the performance of the mid-level managers. With the great effort to improve the objective and science of the mid-level managers performance. According to the characteristics of this research, it used some research methods, such as the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the combination of inheritance and innovation. The main contents of the study can be summarized as follows.Firstly, in explaining the significance of research background and research, this paper analyzed the performance evaluation theory of domestic and foreign and performance assessment information system status, describes the basics of performance appraisal theory and the basic idea of fuzzy mathematics. . It laid a theoretical foundation for this paper.Secondly, this paper analyzes the current station and the problem mid-level managers's present situation and problems, point out the specialist of the mid-level managers, on the basisi of previous experience, make use of the balanced scored-measures identify the primary performance index of the mid-level managers. Then, make use of the modified analysis hierarchy process(AHP) determinate the weight of performance index, enstablishe the mid-level managers's performance evaluation system.Once again, based on the indexs weights conforming, for the index scores of the mid-level managers, applying the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive appraisement, calculate the mid-level managers's final score. And realize the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive appraisement with ASP computer language.Lastly, According to previous knowledge and methods, this paper set up a mid-level managers performance appraise information system, applying the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive appraisement to the system, to make up some shortcomings in the performance appraise of the mid-level managers. It gave full play to the superiority of modern information technology.
