Research On The Evolution Of Housing Real Estate Market System On The Base Of Self-Organization Theory

Researches at home and abroad on the housing real estate market both on the base of cycle theory, but the application of this theory is on the premise of fully development of the housing real estate market, therefore the health and sustainable development of domestic housing real estate market urgently needs guidance of new theory.First this article analyzes the limitation and shortness of cycle theory, based on which brings forward applying self-organization theory to do a research on housing real estate market. Self-organization is a theory system, this article applies its dissipative structure, synegetic theory, catastrophe theory to do a research on dissipative property of the housing real estate market structure, and synegetic mechanism of each part of the housing real estate market system, as well as its way of self-organized evolutionResearches based on self-organization theory of the housing real estate market only studies self-organized evolution behavior of the market from the angel of theory, but does not reflect and open out the competitive and cooperative relationship between subsystem and between components of subsystems.
