The enterprise organizational structure has been reorganized as the keystone in the research fields of organization theory and management theory all through the ages. The innovations have been going on from the beginning of unitary structure to the latest pattern of network structure. Nowadays, complicated and volatile competition environment requires that the structure of enterprise organization can dynamically adapt to both internal and external changes. But traditional management theories ordinarily use highly-structured and closed system methods to study the enterprise organizational structure and advocate making firms be passively in order through rigorous and effective control. This notion results in those established the organization structure reacting slowly to the changes of environment, making the organizations lack ability of competitiveness and innovation in order not to adapt to the new environment which manufacturing firms have to face. Particularly in the face of the global financial crisis, it has important practical significance to explore a organizational structure which can enhance the sensitivity and adaptation to enviroment of the business.This thesis based on self-organizing theory , it first sums up the development and current study of enterprises'organizational structure, summarizes the development trend of the enterprise organizational structure based on analyzing the development the status quo at home and abroad, the article proposes that the organizational structure of enterprises will be flexible, network-based which better adapt to the direction of the development of environmental requirements. Primarily examines the factors which affect the changes of organizational structure,The organizational structure will be seen as a complexity open systems constituted by the environment subsystem, technical subsystem, subsystem organizational strategy, organizational scale subsystem and knowledge subsystem. After defining the interaction between sub-systems, this thesis points out the evolution framework of self-organization of the organizational structure, builds up the self-organization model of the organizational structure through the corresponding principle of self-organization and establishs the model to verify the validity of the model. At last, applying the theoretical study results to the organizational structure program planning of the actual business. Thus, provideing a reference model for the enterprise to design the organizational structure with flexibility and self-organization.Based on the research above, the main findings and the conclusions are mentioned as follows:First of all, Enterprise organization structure is a dynamic and open system, the motivation to change comes from the nonlinear relationship between each subsystem. When the enterprise faces complex environment, the organizational structure will realize self- adjustment and self-organization to enhance adaptability to environment under the fluctuation force and nonlinear effects trigger because of the subsystem coordinated.Secondly, the self-organization of the structure is affected by the organization strategy, the organization technology, the organization knowledge, the organizational environment. In today's complex economic situation, the business operators should actively consider these factors, stand in the contingent of dynamic system and establish the organization structure with high flexibility.Thirdly, Based on the PSBC,QINGDAO BRANCH, this thesis provides a reference model for the enterprise to design the self-organizational structure, demonstrates this model theoretically, combines with a specific characteristics of the bank from the angle of technical,knowledge, environment and scale to give the related suggestions.The main innovation points of this thesis are as follows: To study and understand the organizational structure from a new point of view based on self-organizing theory, propose the framework that analyzes the self-organization mechanism of the organizational structure evolution, build the self-organization model of the organizational structure, study the the interaction between elements of the sub-systems and set up a model to verify the validity of the model. Against the backdrop of the current financial crisis, analyzing the necessary of building a self-organization structure in the financial industry which has suffered the biggest impact.
