The Formation &Reform And Its Enlightenment Of Japanese Government-Enterprise Relationship Model

The mode of government-enterprise relations is an interactive mechanism that the government and enterprise interacts in order to achieve given economic targets. China has begun the reform of State-owned enterprises since 1980's, which steps up it after the 15 session of National People's Congress and makes definite success, but also has many problems. Japan has formed the special mode of government-enterprise relations in the process of economic development, which has much effect on high speed economic growth and the occurrence of economical chronic disease of Japan. Referring to the reform of Japanese government-enterprise relations and reform and absorbing the experience and lessons, in this way, the Chinese State-owned enterprises go on the right track.This paper is made up of five chapters. Analyzing the characteristics of tight government-enterprise relations of Japan, which is releasing the market force on the premise, coordinating the officials and people primarily under the government leadership, and interfering directly for auxiliary after the Second World War. It summarizes in four views such as targets, measures, ways and characteristics, then analyses the effect in the high speed economic growth period. ChapterⅣ. Researching the deficiencies of Japanese government-enterprise relations after the Second World War as well as the introduction of adjustment and reform in 1980's to 1990's, and point out the gain and loss of the reform. We think that its reform has positive effect on transforming government functions, consummating the structure of enterprise governance, promoting technology innovation. ChapterⅤ.
