The Study Of Government Function In The Economic Development Of Japan

As a successful post-developed country, distinct economic function and policy characteristic contribute to the success of Japanese economy and affect the economic policies of many other countries deeply. But after the collapse of "foam economy", the depression makes people reflect "Japanese model", the recovery of the economy in recent years, makes its economy become the focus of attention.This thesis ,according to the historical process of development of the Japanese economy, makes a deep study about economic background of the various periods, means of implementation, characteristics and economic performance from Meiji to Heisei, based on the evolution and location of Western government's economic functions and economic positioning as a starting point, and draws a conclusion that Japanese government takes different economic functions at different stages of economic development. from the Meiji period to the post-war government led by the government and then replace with the market-oriented standard. The Japanese government has played an important role in different periods, but also the existence of hidden troubles. This requires the government to promptly change in accordance with changing circumstances. And through historical research of the Japanese government economic functions, I found that there are three notable features : the first is market-oriented training; the second is the plan stresses induced by the government on macroeconomic and industrial policies induction; the third is the government participate actively in the course of industrialization.Japanes economy, from miracle to depression then to recovery ,is worthy of the post-developed and transition countries studying. Therefore, this thesis puts forward some thinking about our country's government economic function in the condition of market economy in the conclusion.
