The Research On The Self-Organization Amplificative Mechanism Of High-tech Industrial Agglomerative Zones

The main way to develop the high-tech industry is to establish the high-tech zones in our country. When we analyzed the question from the industry's development and arrangement, we can discover that the arrangement of high-tech industry is different from the traditional industries which depend so much on rescores. However, we found that the high-tech industry has the same development way with the traditional industry. Agglomeration is the inevitable phenomenon. In the same time, we also discovered that the American and West European's high-tech industry all turned out to diffuse after some time, more and more high-tech enterprises agglomeration formed in a new district. After the analysis of the objective regular of high-tech industry, with the base thinking of self-organizing and Krugman's "self-organizing model of multi-middle cities", we established a centripetal force model of high-tech enterprises agglomeration, by doing it, we can find out the importation of location factors and the boundary of high-tech industry agglomeration and diffusion. This paper will discuss the following contents:Chapter one is the introduction, in this chapter we explicated the background, the research actuality and defect of this thesis, we also pointed out the contents, logical frame and the meanings of this paper; in chapter two, we discussed the dynamic mechanisms of high-tech's agglomeration, it included climate environment, the open up degree of the district, the manpower, spillover environment of the knowledge, the government's police, the complementary industry's development, the technology, the infrastructure and the number of the risk investment enterprises and so on. At the same time, we assumed that all the factors are significant to the industry's agglomeration and analyzed it with a linear model. The outcomes showed that the climate environment, the infrastructure, spillover environment of the knowledge and the technology are the most important factors to the agglomeration of the high-tech industry, the other locations are unimportant, so we will not consider it anymore. After it we found a centripetal force model.
