| The Human resource is the most important resource for an enterprise. The rising of knowledge economy and the coming of economic globalization need a further development and more efficient management to the modern human resources in an enterprise. How to motivate the potential of human, the holder of knowledge and technology is the key point for an enterprise development. Aerospace enterprises are in their transformation stage. Even though original way of thinking and management mode of human resource management is gradually being broken, it still could not satisfy the requirements of the market economy. In the intense competition in the market, the superintendents in Chinese aerospace industry realize that human resources is the most fundamental and principal factor to prosper Chinese aerospace industry,the research and practice of the human resource management should be seriously conducted from the angle of enterprise's strategy.Here, with the combination of human resource management principle and the establishment background, significance, and status of Aerospace Haiying Group, this paper analyses the importance and necessity of strengthening the human resource management of Aerospace Haiying Group, highlights the positive significance of building macro environment for cultivating talents and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and completing the related management system to Aerospace Haiying Group.
