Aerospace enterprises are not only a part of one country’s strategic industries,but also an important measure of a country’s economic strength and industrial level.In today’s growing economic globalization, aerospace technology plays a more andmore prominent role, and if aerospace enterprises want to survive and develop, wemust choose the appropriate development strategies, accumulate, hold, use anddevelop their own core competitiveness. Human resources as an importantcomponent of the core competitiveness of enterprises play a direct decisive role toenhance it. At present, in domestic and foreign academe, research on humanresource management and the performance is very much, but few studies onaerospace enterprise human resource management and organizational performanceexit. Due to the fact that aerospace enterprises and general business has a certainparticularity, aerospace companies human resource has its own uniquecharacteristics, and there is a very strong advantage from the knowledge structure tothe age echelon personnel training, therefore, this study has some theoretical andpractical value.This article will summarize aerospace enterprise human resource managementcapabilities as seven aspects, that are quality of human resources, human resourcesplanning capacity, ability to recruit employees, performance management, stafftraining capacity, compensation and benefits management capabilities andmanagement capacity of labor relations. Based on data from425samples ofdifferent companies, the paper carries out an empirical study on aerospace enterprisehuman resource management and corporate performance relationship. Studies showthat: aerospace enterprise human resources quality, human resources planningcapacity, performance management capabilities, staff training capacity,compensation and benefits management capabilities and business performancepositively correlated; staff recruitment capabilities, labor relations and corporateperformance management capabilities negatively correlated.This paper discusses in depth seven aspects of human resource management inaerospace enterprise, and to study seven aspects of human resource practices andfirm performance is a study of the existing human resource management as a usefulsupplement. In addition, this is the actual management of the operator to providesome feasible reference, and thus for the enterprise core competencies to explore,maintain, enhance, and other stage provides a workable countermeasures, which iseasy to find the weak link for enterprise’s core ability to nurture and enhance from the view of human resource management. It has certain significance in the proces sof building enterprise-based human resource management for enterprise corecompetence evaluation index system.
