The economical globalization and the information has already become the world irresistible tendency. It is causing the capital, the technology, the cargos and the service mobile speeding up in international, and international trade also gets along with it's rapid development. The international trade development to backwardness countries is a good opportunity to seek the economic development, because of the basis of reality illustration, a country's trade development and the economical development is close connected, and the economical development process is also the trade development process.How to impell the foreign trade development under the new situation has already become one of the most important tasks for various countries especially for backwardness counties. This article introduce the theory of advantage of backness to explain international trade development in developing countries. Therefore, it has significance on both theory and practical.The article has given the affirmation to the theory foundation of international trade - comparative advantage theory, simultaneously points out the question of "trap of comparative advantage", after that, this article propose that if the country want to have small space in the international trade domain neutrality, it must make good use of advantage of backwardness. This paper summarize the implication type and nature of advantage of backwardness to make the foundation of technical innovation and system innovation building the function mechanism to the trade development. Through the analysis of foreign trade achievement of China to get the idea of not only the comparative advantage but also the advantage of backwardness is the reason of foreign trade development.
