Disequilibrium is a kind of economic normality which is more and more accounted of in theoretical field and approved at large in the real world. Restricted by the imperfect market, insufficient information, dis-uniform exogenous conditions and some other factors, the efficiency of resource distribution in a country's foreign trade structure is inferior to the Pareto Efficiency which existed only in the equilibrium world. Such a disequilibrium mode maybe alter when shocked by outside force or through endogenetic evolving and showed by the structures of imports & exports, trade modes etc. The core character of the foreign trade disequilibrium is the density of factors included in the imports & exports. It is the main content of foreign trade disequilibrium evolving when related with comparative advantages and advantages of backwardness. The distribution principle of comparative advantage can promote advantages of low-grade factors be exerted in developing countries while a kind of foreign trade structure which shows weak disequilibrium characters is constructed. Whereas, a more efficient evolving path is provided for the developing countries towards a kind of foreign trade with strong disequilibrium characters by exerting the advantages of backwardness. Through the demonstration analysis of China's foreign trade structure, it seems that some characters of weak disequilibrium for foreign trade are existed behind China's economic miracle which have been showing more frankly by the frequent trade frictions and deteriorating terms of trade. The long-term pushing of the stratagem of comparative advantage has created China's economic miracle while results in the weak disequilibrium in China's foreign trade structure. In the future, it is remanded that we need to exceed comparative advantages when adjusting the foreign trade structure and pay more attention to exerting advantages of backwardness to accelerate the accumulating of advance factors. This is the new route we need to abide by in order to overtake developed countries, promote the foreign trade structure from weak disequilibrium to strong disequilibrium and establish Great Power of Trade.
