The Analysis On The Optimized Strategy Of The Chinese Insurance Funds' Overseas Investment

Since our country joined WTO, with the competition that the excellent foreign insurance companies brought to us were fiercer, trying for increasing national insurance industry's competition and taking part in the international insurance industry's competition were the problem we must to solve, while the core of this problem was the insurance funds'investment. Now the insurance companies in the country accumulated lots of insurance foreign exchange funds. Because there were few proper investing channels in the domestic financial market, they usually saved them in the national commercial banks and did not operate these funds adequately and reasonably. On the basis of the international experiences, the insurance funds'investment is the main profit means and the important competitive power of the insurance companies. And the international financial market develops well,operates canonically and has various investing channels. The insurance foreign exchange funds'overseas investment not only can raise the competitive power of the insurance companies in our country and their profits, but also can accumulate the experiences of the insurance foreign exchange funds'investment in the international financial markets. At the same time, In 2004 and 2005, China Insurance Regulatory Commission published《The temporary managing method of the insurance foreign exchange funds'overseas investment》and《The operation detailed rules of the temporary managing method of the insurance foreign exchange funds'overseas investment》respectively and opened the gate of the insurance foreign exchange funds'overseas investment. Under these policies'limitation, I compared and used experiences and lessons about investing areas and channels,investing managing patter and risk supervision and so on, which were all from some main developed countries for reference, adopting a lot of charts and forms for analysis and demonstration, and summarized the developed trend and experiences from investment,management and supervision.
