The population aging makes the social security public financial burden to aggravate day by day.The developed countries and some economical switcher developing nations are facing the stern social security finance crisis for this. Reducing the government's burden and adapting the social economy trend of development social security system, will already become current and the future developed country and the developing nation social security systems'reform goal. I think strengthening the coordinatd development of the social security and commercial insurance is the feasible plan of alleviating the social security crisis. Has been published since 19 century's end social insurance system, the commercial insurance and the social security operate separately, perform its own functions, although has opposes, but never completely substitutes.
