Having stepped into the 21st century, the market competition environment has changed rapidly, the traditional business management pattern are undergoing stern challenge, enterprise's competition have to change to the competition between the supply chain, the rapid reaction supply chain system as well as the realization which the prompt system (JIT) will produce under this system pattern leads the destiny of electronic manufacture enterprise in the future steep competition market. Through the discussion of supply chain management theory, unifies actual situation of D department G Corporation, this article studied the JIT production pattern's implementing method and the mentality under the enterprise department supply chain system. It thought that only the integrated supply chain management can ensure the implementation of JIT production. And the implementation of JIT production will promote supply chain management's development.The paper first expatiated the function of JIT production in this supply chain management epoch, then analyze the supply chain structure and function of D department G Corporation by use of supply chain management theories and methods. So that we can take some measure to optimize the production pattern. Then this paper expatiated that the key of supply chain management is original material demand controlling, and the key of achieving JIT material demand controlling is to resolve the uncertainty of demand. The paper indicates that VMI in electron industry is the best strategy of JIT material controlling. The paper points out that the key of achieve JIT production is to construct pull control system, break the bottle-neck of production, as well as total quality management, achieve the most profit .At last, the paper summarizes the deficiency of the implement condition and this paper.
