A Research Based On Order To Delivery On Auto Material Pull System

In recent years, with the competition in the market more and more fierce, in order to meet the customers'diversified demands, the automotive industry changed its production pattern, from the push production according to stock change to the mixed line pull production mode in accordance with the customers'demands. In this way, the research on the automotive whole order to delivery process, is very important and significant, it helps the automobile enterprises improve production efficiency, reduce the production cost. And nowadays information technology developed very rapid and its application more and more widely, using the informationalized method to solve the development problem in enterprise appears more and more efficient, and also is the inevitable trend and choice for the enterprise development. Especially to the auto industry, because it has the characteristic of the wide variety of the parts, complicated production process, must use information technology on business process management, therefore, many advanced information management thought first developed in auto industry. As an important part of the order to delivery process, the materials'pull process and informatization between the manufacturing companies and suppliers is the focus in this paper.Frist, this article analyze the research background and research status at home and abroad of the material pull system based on OTD, secondly, to two aspects discusse the theory of the OTD and the material pulling production, about the OTD theory, focus on the change of automotive industry production patterns, orders to delivery process and the present information system's situation in auto industry order to delivery process; on the material pulling, because it originated in the just-in-time, so this article carry on the related research from the JIT production and JIT purchasing; Thirdly based on the structured system construction method, from the business analysis, system design and implementation this three aspects detailed introduce the construction process and the implementation effect of auto material pull system. In the part of business analysis. I analyzed the business strategy, business process, data flowing one by one; and then design the system architecture, function modules, database and application interface; the implementation part is mainly from two aspects:the process and effect. Last of all, Summarizes the full text and for the research question of this article to propose the prospect.With the research of auto material pull system based on the OTD, can improve the automobile industry's competitiveness, to shorten the delivery time of enterprise, has certain theoretical and practical value to study,and also has a certain reference value to other material pull system related research.
