Status, Problems And Countermeasure Of Rural Social Security System In Our Country

Social Security is the requirement of social harmony and social fairness and is the inevitable product that economic society develops into a considerable level. It provides a safe net for social members by meeting their basic living demand as base line. It is the guarantee for social harmony and security.A magnificent target of all- round building well–to-do society is put forth at the "16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party" and a scientific developing viewpoint of"taking people as orientation, all round coordination and sustainable development"is further put forth in the Third Plenary Session of the 16th National Representative Conference.
