Researches On Some Relevant Problems Of Urban Land Management

Urban land dealing is one of the essential components in urban management. The government has solved a series of prominent problems, like the lower efficiency of land utility , and the shortage of construction funds and disorder of urban development by analyzing the land rights and the dealing rights in the market. This paper, based on the theory of public management and estate economics, is supposed to discuss and analyze the land dealing in TianJin by the approach of quality and quantity.This paper, to begin with, has introduced the background knowledge of land dealing, distinguished the differences between land dealing, urban management and land management, and concluded the main body and the role of land dealing. What's more, it has also introduced the basis theory of land dealing from its economical and legal characteristics.This paper has analyzed the procedure of land dealing in TianJin after comparing various forms of land dealing from both home and abroad and comment the referable experience. Finally, it has offered some advice to the urban land dealing according to the situation and development in TianJin.
