Tianjin Heavy Equipment Manufacture Industry Analysis And THIC Developmental Strategy Research

As the pillar industry of the national economy, equipment manufacturing industry has gained great achievement in recent years. However, there still exist a big distance compared to the international advanced level and it cannot meet the need of the development of the national economy. Therefore, the 11th five-year plan lists the equipment manufacturing industry as the emphasizing support industry. Facing the opportunity, how can Tianzhongjiangtian Heavy Industry Company as the representation of Tianjin heavy equipment manufacturing industry find an approach to develop Tianjin equipment manufacturing industry vigorously is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper integrates Tianzhongjiangtian Heavy Industry Company (Jiangtian Heavy Industry Company for short in the following part)and proposes the approach and concrete measures to develop Tianjin equipment manufacturing industry vigorously, utilizing the economics and management theories such as competing advantage, the late developing advantage and technology innovation on the basis of the analysis of the equipment manufacturing industry, my actual working experience in Jiangtian Heavy Industry Company and the study of the existing problems in Tianjin equipment manufacturing industry.Jiangtian Heavy Industry Company is composed of nongovernmental enterprise Jiangtian Company and the previous Tianzhong Company and it is contracted and operated by Jiangtian Company. Due to the backwards of operation pattern and managerial pattern of the previous Tianzhong Company, Jiangtian Heavy Industry Company is in disadvantage position in the whole industry. The emphasis of this paper is study how Jiangtian Heavy Industry Company can meet the challenge in the face of opportunity and what development policy it adopts to win the advantage position in the future competing market and overtakes the leading companies such as the 1st Heavy Industry Company, the 2nd Heavy Industry Company and Shanghai Heavy Industry Company.
