This paper starts with the compensation management of private enterprises, analyzes the deep influence that the Chinese traditional values has on it, consequently explores a compensation management model that conforms to the reality of our private enterprises, helping to improve their human resource problems.Specifically, this paper proceeds as follows. Firstly, this paper brings up the concept and study dimensions of compensation management model, and then on the basis of which summarizes the actual state of compensation management model of private firms from two levels (management level and grassroots level). Secondly, by comparing the two levels' compensation management model, we irradiate that it is family culture makes the core values of private enterprises' compensation management model. At last, this paper puts forwards some strategies that cultivate a healthy family culture and promote a competitive compensation management model for private enterprises. |
