Research On The Reorganization Of Supply Chain Under The Environment Of E-commerce

E-commerce has brought the commercial operation pattern revolution which initiated by the rapid development of technical method. The survival foundation, the operation way and the management mechanism of traditional economic activity changed thoroughly, the concept of traditional market has also faced the huge impact. The structure of traditional supply chain is not adapted to the environment of e-commerce. Along with the mature of e-commerce technology, widespread application of the e-commerce method, as well as the innovation and development of the theory and practice of the supply chain management, the structure of traditional supply chain must carry on corresponding reorganization to adapt to the competition environment of the e-commerce in this digital age.How to realize the reorganization of supply chain under the environment of e-commerce? What superiority does the supply chain have after the reorganization? This thesis embarks from these questions. About the concrete content, this thesis aims mainly at these aspects: the information management, the productive plan and control, keeps in stock and purchase to discuss the question of the reorganization of supply chain; through the whole sight of supply chain, this thesis aims mainly at four aspects: the idea construction, the organization construction, the flow reorganization and the resources reorganization to elaborate the reorganization of supply chain.This thesis figures that e-commerce may reduce but not eliminate the bullwhip effect, and realistically analyzes the reasons that bullwhip effect of supply chain still exists under the environment of e-commerce. And this thesis proposes that the supply chain establish cooperation forecast stock control model based on the application of e-commerce, and electronic purchase system based on the application of e-commerce; etc.
