The 40-year exploration and development after the reform and opening-up made it possible for China to embark on a Chinese-characteristic reforming path of state-owned enterprises,through which the benefits of politics,economy and society could be balanced,while breakthroughs could be made in the State-owned Asset Management System and the State-owned Enterprise Operating Mechanism.Thus,a new generation of enterprises with international influence and competitiveness had emerged.As one of the representatives of these new enterprises in Yunnan province,JT Group is gradually updating itself to achieve larger scale,diversification and internationalization thanks to its reconstruction.Hovever,the poor culture reorganization brought difficulties to its reconstruction in areas including manaaement,operation,strategy positioning,etc.This essay,based on the theories proposed by corporate culture experts at home and abroad,analyses the status quo of the corporate culture reorganization during the reconstruction of the JT Group.Meanwhile,from the perspective of the process,result and dilemma of reconstruction,it explores the rooted cultural problem behind the dilemma,and points out the drawbacks in culture reorganization,including the lack of attention,poor system construction and mode selection.Besides,according to the Daniel R.Denison's model of corporate organizational culture,questionnaire survey on the corporate culture had been conducted to JT group and its three subsidiary corporations.Therefore,Denison Organizational Culture Model had been painted,from which the cultural conflicts and differences had been deeply analyzed,and the rooted problems lies in culture reorganization explored.In order to solve these problems,the author points out a development strategy for the culture reorganization of IT Group composed by;“three goals,four principals and five processes"from his own point of view,in the hope of culture reorganization can fill defeats,innovate models,and root in employees'hearts,so that to promote the prosperity of the corporation and the advancement of its culture.
