The situation of the world changed greatly after the Cold War. The structure of two poles broke up, economic globalization emerges the world develops towards multi-polarization.The thesis emphasizes the trade conflicts which become much more intense between China and America with the developing of Sino-American economic relations. The main aspects focus on market access system, Intellectual Property Rights, the problem of bilateral trade imbalance, antidumping, technical barriers to trade and exchange rate. There are many reasons accounting for Sino-American trade conflicts, including economic factors and political factors.The international trade is the motive of economic development in our country. America is the biggest market of our country. So it is very important for us to export to America. Our government, trade associations, business enterprises should take measures to reduce or alleviate the trade conflicts as far as possible between China and U.S. in order to keep the economic stability and sustained development.
