With China's development of economy, market mechanism is becoming perfect and the open extent is constantly improved. More and more enterprises take part in international competition. Innovation has become the core strength in enterprises' competition. Enterprises' innovation achievement from R&D activities is the physical base on which enterprises beat other rivals. Nevertheless, how to make enterprises' innovation achievement into profit is a problem in the face of enterprises. In the result, analyzing the impact on enterprises' R&D activities, researching the rule of enterprises' R&D activities and giving suggestions on China's corporation acts important realistic meaning. This article deals with an application of the evolutionary economics for the study of the action of R&D.Firstly, this paper gives a primary study on evolutionary economics, genetic algorithm (GA) and the corporation's action of R&D.Secondly, based on these theories, an evolutionary model of corporation's strategy of R&D is constructed according to the basic framework of GA.At last, the enterprises' actions of R&D are regarded as one complex adaptive system, and a research on the method of computer modeling is put forward. According to the model of simulation of the established evolutionary system, the computer modeling program was designed, and through comparison and analysis with the results of simulated tests, this article tests the effect of learning and information on the enterprises' R&D strategies. This paper will give some positive significance for Chinese application research in this area to draw close to international foreside, and also offer some reference-worthy experience and technical supports of these research.
