Yulin area has a long history of the grape cultivation with high qualified grapes. It is also an important developing area to produce wine. The study of the grape cultivation and the industrialization level limited the proper development of the grape industry in Yulin City, so it has very important magnificence to study the current situation of grape growth, the main problems in it, adjust the agriculture structure so as to increase the farmers'income.After a survey in Yuyang District, Hengshan County, Suide County and Qingjian County, the paper analyses the grape industry policy and cultivation technology in the area and concludes that irrational location and plan of the grape, very slow development of the grape basin, science and technology input inefficiency, immature market and morbidity service system are the reasons which restricted the further development of the grape industry in Yulin area.Accordingly, the paper gives following proposals:First is to consolidate and enlarge the grape cultivation scale and speed up the structural adjustment of the grape types such as Jufeng, Heiaolin, Lizhamate, Hongdiqiu, Hongfushi and Hutai-08.Second, standardization management should be adopted. Instead of the furrow planting, level planting method should be used. Planting density is narrow-row and wide row strip planting instead of the old 1m*3m single file planting. The row should be in north and south direction with 5 m in wide row spacing, in narrow row spacing, 0.5m between the grape distance. There should be 440 grape trees per Mu. The planting trench, 1.2 m in furrow width and 1m in ditch depth, should be digged before planting. Espalier rather than pergola when it is trimmed. One but not many vines should be kept. Short cane pruning only should be trimmed. Mounding winter proofing should start 4-5 days before the beginning of winter. The brunches should be embedded totally about 25cm in depth.Third, The grape cultivation should be enlarged and therefore achieves the grape supply annually.Forth, extermination of disease and insect pest should be strengthened. Before the grape sprout, 3-5Be lime sulfur mixture with 5% santobrite should be sprayed. Before and after blossom, bordeaux mixture with 70% mildothane wettable powder800 shoild be sprayed. Bactrium, metalaxyl, sanmate, etc. should be sprayed every 7-15 days a time during the young fruit growing time and leaf fall. Very commonly seen insect pests are necessary. Curafume suffocating should be adopted. with 45% sulfur phosphorus missible oil500,Panaplate1000,2.5% decamethrin missible oil 400 ect. During the dormancy stage, pathogenic bacteria should be get rid of.Fifth, enough money should be investigated and grape farmers organization should be established.
