Study On Sustainable Development Of Coal-burning Electricity-generating Enterprises Based On The Circulate Economy

Along with the fast development of the national economy, the demands on electric power are increasingly soaring, which leads to the antinomy competition between coal and electricity to be further worse. In China, the Coal-burning electricity-generating enterprises play an important part in the electric power industry, for 80% electric power generated by coal-burning. Along with the severe pollution of the environment and the shortage of resources, if the Coal-burning electricity-generating enterprises want to succeed in the vehemence competition, it's necessary to seek for the new economy development mode actively, in order to achieve sustainable development.On basis of analysis on related theories concerning circulate economy and sustainable development domestic and international, combing with the practice experiences of circulate economy in and aboard, this paper put forward the main body of the mode in current circulate economy practice. It mainly embodies on three levels: small circulation concerning microcosmic business enterprise, medium circulation on industrial park, and the big circulation of the macroscopic social level. The most fundamental among them is the small circulation. Only when we make the circulate economy fulfillment of the tiny layer well, can we implement in circulating economy on the medium and macroscopic layer better.At present, the main characteristic of the coal-burning electricity-generating enterprises is that the cost of coal-burning weights heavily in the total and the consumptions of coal resources are especially excessive. Therefore, if we want to obtain sustainable and permanent development in times of badly limited resources, it's urgent for us to implement circulate economy. After the analysis on motive factor and main advantages in the business enterprises fulfillment of circulation economies, this paper chiefly illustrates the strategy of sustainable development of coal-burning enterprises both on inner and exterior levels under the mode of circulate economy. Three innovations of green management, clean production technique and green finance are put forward as internal strategies. When it comes to the exterior strategies, the three main points are as bellows: the national law and policies system to support the development, technical system to develop circulating economy and the broad participation of the social public in the implement of circulating economy. In the end, combing with an example of current power station in China, this paper put forward measure for this power station under the circulating economic mode to achieve sustainable development.
