Under the market economy conditions, the reward is an important reflection of human resources, the scientific management system of the salary is the key issues to resolve the problems of, it will become a powerful tool to the resolution of human resources in China's power companies, and it is the basic problem for the management and development of every power company. Reasonable salary system can effectively stimulate enthusiasm and initiative of the staff, and thus in the knowledge-based economy which human resources increasingly competitive, attracting and maintaining a high-quality and competitive workforce, and promote the survival and development of the company. As power companies inherit too much management methods and means of the original state-owned enterprises, and it can not fully meet the needs of the current market environment, so it is necessary to research on the pay system to apply to power companies. Based on the current situation in the new electric market, combined with the characteristics and the main problems of the pay system in SDZT power enterprises, this article carries out a number of issues to analyze and study.
