And the same time, IT industry closely related with the information technology have developed fast,and become one of the most important industry in world economy. Since the information technology renews quickly,the competition of IT enterprise is very intense. Therefore,IT enterprise must establish their own distinctive competence. Moreover,this core competence should develop with the change of environment.The competition in distinctive competence becomes even more distinguished with the rapid development of globality and this makes high-tech enterprise face with big chance as well as challenge.Since only can enterprises learn to search and cultivate their distinctive competence, could they get predominance in fierce competition, could ensure our nation's invincible position in globality, the research would be beneficial to the IT enterprises in China.Based on this, this thesis focuses on the dinstinctive competence of IT enterprise.
